When it is not here, it goes to our purchasing desk, where our longest-serving agent has 50 years of experience sourcing material. Sometimes that means we drive out and get it ourselves the same day and it goes to you the next. For genuinely unusual items it might be a week.

The one answer you almost never get here is that we cannot get it.

Many of our sales team are second and third generation Helsels who grew up in the building. The rest have been here nearly as long. Our longest-serving salesman has been here 53 years with Helsel-Jepperson being his first job. Five more from our sales team have been here over 20 years.
